It's apparent that those who suffer from depression are going to be varied. Perhaps it is a case of someone losing a family member or maybe it's a case of an exam being returned with a bad score attached to it. Whatever the case may be, depression does not have to be something that is felt at the highest level. It goes without saying that staying around other people can help matters but exercise is still a difficult one to explain.
