I have found that the later years are proving to be the best years and look forward with some excitement to the future whatever it brings. The only reason I can put this feeling down to is that I exercise daily. As we grow older our heart, lungs and circulatory systems age along with the rest of the body. Even the brain cells slow down and unfortunately in some cases turn into dementia in one of its many forms.
