The demands of a stressful job and family encourage many individuals to adopt unhealthy habits such as smoking, over eating, or inhaling energy drinks. While each method temporarily increases energy levels, sooner or later people find themselves back at square one - dead tired. This has lead to an interest in ways of promoting a sense of vitality through the use of natural practices. One such technique is referred to as spiritual energy healing.

This method allows the body to heal and re-balance itself using very gentle, non-invasive techniques. It allows people to reach that elusive state of calm that is vital for us to fully thrive. This healing practice addresses the spiritual aspect of our personality which usually ends up neglected. By ignoring this part of ourselves, both our mental and physical health can be negatively affected.

Spiritual healing is not a band-aid. It encourages each person to channel their energy inwards allowing them to pinpoint the root of the problem. Similar to meditation, quantum touch incorporates the use of a guide to help the student channel his or her life force. Participants focus on deep breathing techniques which guide each persons focus inwards. Once this is achieved the teacher shows the practitioner how to use their energy to promote healing. On certain occasions, massage may be used in conjunction with breathing exercises in order to deepen the sense of relaxation.

Many people are turning to meditation, quantum touch, and acupuncture as natural alternatives to achieving a calm state of mind in a busy world. The reason for this is simple: spiritual healing techniques have no side effects, and complement existing therapies and treatments.
