These planes are usually loaded with sufficient medical facilities for first aid, and their medical team is composed of well trained and qualified practitioners.

Some of them include basic and advanced life support services, critical care transport; usually done on private ambulance jets that have special medical facilities, stretchers and medical escort service where patients in seriously bad conditions are taken to health care units treated according to their conditions.
