Getting Your Groove Back

By Philips Johnson

Most women who have small or moderately sized breasts often feel inadequate as the society often gives more prominence to large breasted women. In most magazines and other modeling platforms, women with larger breasts are often highly placed and seen to be more important. What most people don't know is that large breasts come with their own troubles and can be quite a burden to carry around.

Chest, back and neck pain, degenerating skeletal structure as well as embarrassment caused by all the undue attention showered on the female are just some of the disadvantages associated with large breasts. Incapacity to play most sports is yet another one. The good news is breast reduction procedures are now safe and widely available.

Reduction of breast size involves a surgery which creates balance in a woman's skeletal frame and enhances the contour line. This procedure will change your life; greater self esteem and a healthier posture no less. Your self image will also be largely improved and it is likely that the guys will find you more attractive as well.

As with any surgery, breast reduction comes with its own set of risks. Bleeding, infections and allergic reactions to the anaesthetic used are some of the dangers of this procedure. Others include loss of feeling to the nipples, inability to breastfeed in the future and the displacement of the breast tissue and nipples causing a drastic change in shape and position.

This procedure has been performed hundreds of thousands of times and should therefore not be termed as dangerous. Keep your eyes on the prize because what comes out of it is far more beneficial than harmful to you. There are more risks but you shouldn't be too worried about it.

It is important to note that you might not require this procedure after all; in some cases, pain and discomfort caused by large breasts can be relieved by carrying out a simple breast lift procedure. This will have the same desired effect and may even take less time to heal. For more information, consult Drs Chan, Tam Dieu or Tavakoli to book an appointment.
