The Worst type of Foods in the world!

The world is full of food that tastes good and is still incredibly bad for you. While we can recognize many of these foods on sight--most of the food you will order at a fast food restaurant, for example, is quite enjoyable to eat but will do terrible things to your body and is made of far too many calories to even be considered healthy. But how about the foods that appear to be a perfectly appropriate thing to eat? What about some of those meals that you supply to your kids? In this article we can look at a number of the very worst things you could ever feed yourself or your family members.



Macaroni and cheese, contrary to popular belief, is just about the worst things that one could order. The make-on-your-own kind that you can get, like Annie's or Kraft, is fairly okay but the kind you order in a restaurant is not. The Kids' Mac and Cheese dinner from California Pizza Kitchen, as an example is frighteningly unfit. This just one plate is made up of over a thousand calories, over sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and nearly forty grams of saturated fat! This is not even remotely healthful.

How often have you ordered some of those frozen pot pies from the grocery store? These look like mostly healthy last minute meals but they are really full of calories that you don't need. Stouffer's pot pies, to apply one example, keep over eleven hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and just about eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium. If you are attempting to lose fat you could wind up eating all of your daily calories with just this one food item!

You most likely think that a vegetarian sandwich should be among the healthiest things you can order from a fast food place, right? The genuine truth is that these sandwiches usually are dressed with dressings and other condiments which contribute to making them just as unhealthy as a meat-based sandwich. The vegetarian hoagie from Blimpies, for instance, contains almost twelve hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium. Why do folks imagine that is healthful?

Surely a salad, of all things, has to be wholesome. That's precisely what most people think. If we really want something that is healthy and fast, most of the time we choose a salad to fill us up with food that is healthy for us. Would you be stunned to discover, then, that there are some salads available that are almost bad for you? There are eighteen hundred calories within the Santa Fe chopped salad provided by TGI Fridays. This is most likely due to the fact that this particular salad is the size of a large dinner plate, but think about it seriously: if you're on a diet do you want almost all of your daily calorie allotment to come from a single salad?

The simple fact is that much of the meals that we buy while we are on the go or from restaurants is just not as good for us as the food that we cook and prepare for ourselves. Sure cooking in your own home can be a pain or feel tedious, but if you're watching your weight and trying to stay healthy, it is the best thing you can do for yourself!
