Also, there are cases that the ringing sound you hear is not the condition but the sign of a more critical health problem, such as the rigidity of the middle ear bone and high blood pressure.

For the elders with tinnitus problem, they are typically advised to use hearing aids. Therapy is also an efficient aid, such as anxiety and depression therapies and relaxation therapy to show tinnitus patients to relax while hearing the noise.
