The Importance of Vitamins for Proper Hair Growth

By Rob Maraby

The hair on our heads grows faster when we ensure that we include the necessary ingredients vital for nourishing and toning our hair. There are several essential vitamins for hair growth such as Inositol, Vitamin B, B-2 (Niacin) B-5 (Panethol), B-6, B-12, Biotin and 4-amino benzoic acid. The reason why our hair grows long and glossy is that we encourage good growth by taking care of what we put in our bodies.

Every care should be taken to maintain a healthy body if you want your hair to grow long and strong. Vitamins which include 4-aminobenzoic acid can prevent hair from prematurely graying. One essential vitamin that stimulates the blood flow is Vitamin E. This provides nourishment to the hair follicles so that they are rejuvenated. Vitamin E can be found in green leafy vegetables. People generally refrain from adding these vital vegetables in their diet. Green and leafy vegetables are great sources of vitamin E that makes hair grow healthy and fast.

It is a known fact that a healthy body produces healthy hair. People spend a lot of time trying to look for magical cures that will prevent hair loss instead of taking essential vitamins. If they follow a balanced diet and avoid unhealthy foods, their desire to have a head full of lustrous hair will soon be achieved.

The importance of fatty acids should not be ignored and these can be taken as dietary supplements. You find them also in canola oil, walnuts, coy and fish. Research conducted on the subject of depression indicates that people who include fish with Omega 2 fatty acids in their daily diet report lower rates of depression. Depression is also caused by hair loss.

Make a conscious effort to include essential vitamins for hair growth in your daily diet. Your hair will show signs of growing healthy and fast when you compound your diet with vitamin E fatty acids as a matter of routine.
