Pasta may come from Italy but it is now one of the most saleable dishes in the fast food industry just like fries and burgers. That performance in the fast food business is not really very surprising considering its versatility when combined with other sauces and ingredients. One blessing no one can deny is having healthy quinoa pastas.

Protein, starch, fibers and an unbelievable horde of minerals is the content of quinoa, the vegetable with seeds. It is a very popular health food and the seeds of it can be used in making nutritious and mouth-watering pastas. With the right ingredients it is transformed into not just another health food but a delectable dish anybody would be delighted to eat.

This sowing rite was somehow banned when the Spanish colonizers came to reign among the Incas, so its cultivation was done covertly.
