I liked the post quite a bit! One thing I would add to the breakfast portion (especially since a lot of different fibers have B vitamins for added energy!) is to add a fiber of some sort.
Something else I personally add to my smoothies is enough flax seed oil to get the benefits without screwing up the taste!
