Be happy. Not only happiness gives wonders to the immune system, it also kills stress. Keep in mind that stress is already listed as the top killer of human beings due to its capacity to make our bodies vulnerable to all kinds of diseases and hazards. Cortisol also annihilates the tissue underneath your dermis, and you would not any of that. Relieve yourself of stress by meditating, exercising, and the like.
