Hormone Test is a simple procedure by which you can determine whether your body is facing hormonal deficiency or excess. Hormone Test can be conducted in different methods depending on the physical condition

Saliva Hormone Test This is known as by far the easiest method to determine the level of hormones in a body. It requires you to take your saliva sample to test in a lab or do it on your own, in your home with the help of the state of the art Hormone Home Test Kits. This method is widely used to identify the level of progesterone available to a human body. Another reason why this is the simplest method is that it is really easy to take saliva sample as compared to taking blood sample, which you can't do on your own. In addition to that saliva samples do not need to be kept in refrigeration.

Blood Hormone Test This is also an effective way to measure the hormone levels of a body. This method is a bit difficult from the Saliva Hormone Test, as it involves taking a blood sample, which you can't do by yourself. Moreover, the blood sample can only be tested in a medical lab, unlike Saliva Hormone Test that you can do on your own at home using the Hormone Home Test Kit. Blood Hormone Test is known to measure the true hormone level of a body not just the level of progesterone.

Blood Hormone Test Although a bit difficult from other hormone test methods, Blood Hormone Test gives you the true picture of the hormone level of a human body. It requires you to take the sample of your blood and test it in a medical lab to determine the hormonal level. It is recommended to not to take blood sample on your own as it will increase the level of stress that can affect that level of hormones in your body.

All things taken into consideration, hormone test is essential before you look for ways to treat hormonal imbalance and it is also important to consult your physician to recommend you the hormone test method and also the method to cure hormonal imbalance.
