Experience Spiritual Energy Healing Techniques

Many cultures around the world believe that almost any health concern they may face can be alleviated by balancing the vibrations of the invisible field of power that encompasses their physical self and cleansing their chakras. The premise is that all of the body's systems need to be operating in harmony to promote proper functioning. Several techniques for spiritual energy healing are employed to adjust the aura and correct imbalances.

Harmonizing one's aura can be done using a variety of techniques of a holistic, or alternative nature, as opposed to those of western medicinal practices. These processes are often used in an attempt to avoid pharmaceuticals and surgeries by using the body's own power to heal certain conditions whenever possible. Methods of this sort have been observed by numerous cultures around the world throughout recorded history.

A person's aura is actually a layered field of energies that surrounds their body and vibrates at various frequencies. A person in good physical and emotional health will resonate all layers harmoniously. When they are in pain or distress, or are experiencing trouble with a specific organ or system, the vibrations will be off and signify that treatment is needed.

The basis of each of these techniques is a belief that humans generate an invisible force that may be used to heal themselves or that might be focused to help another individual. Intensified positive intentions, thoughts and emotions are the key ingredients to many of these techniques. Any negativity can be a toxic influence and needs to be eradicated.

Balanced chakras are a key part of many of holistic techniques. This system started with the ancient Hindus and is based on the concept of seven individual wheels that spin at various points along the spine, each of them being connected to a specific endocrine or nerve center within a person's body. When health issues are present, the corresponding wheel becomes blocked and disrupts the harmony of the aura, creating a need for a cleansing.

Reiki, a system by which a healer uses their hands to channel their own energies into the body of another, is but one holistic technique used to correct imbalances. As the practitioner is actually connecting with the patient's aura, there is no actual physical contact made. The power to clear chakra blockages and restore resonating harmony all comes from the intense concentration of positive forces.

The ancient Chinese practice of acupressure is very similar to acupuncture though it does not require the use of needles. Pressure is applied with the fingers to specific points of one's body to counteract a variety of issues including arthritis, aches, pains, tension and stress. Pressing these key spots will cause the blood to flow more freely and release the endorphins required to stimulate a person's immune system.

Reflexology is another technique that is very similar to acupressure. This method states that the hands and feet contain points of contact to every other part body part, internal organ and operational system, and that by applying pressure on the correct spot, issues may be corrected. Each of these processes are practiced to help to restore a person's aura to prime conditions and allow them to heal many ailments without pharmaceuticals or painful surgeries.
