Absence of Mental Training

By Logan Christopher

Sadly, this is the worst mistake of all of them. You might hear them say, "Mental training, what's that?" And if they have an idea about it they're likely falling into the other traps you'll read about here.

How are you able to get good at something you don't do? You cannot.

You have to enter into using the skills that may enhance your results. Two things will occur. You will get better results and you will get better at doing the various mental training strategies. The better part is the better you get at using mental training, the better the results you will gain from it. Sounds a bit like a everyone wins scenario to me. You improve on 2 fronts.

Sadly for most people physical training is simply that, physical. Folks focus solely on it. It isn't difficult to mindlessly go through your workout. And you may get some results from doing this. Buts its only a little part of what's possible with the same real work done!

People all around the globe enter into a gymnasium to get something out of it. This could be seeming better by getting rid of fat or gaining some muscle. Maybe they want to get stronger or be better on the field or mat.

If this is the debate for you (which I'm making a guess it is) then why are you wanting to not use the strongest tool you have? Your Mind

Yes, your mind can be a tremendous ally in your journey. But you need to learn to use it right. If you don't then you'll get results, and you may not.

Unfortunately your mind can also be your biggest enemy and you may not even know it. Here will be showing you the steps to get the positive use out of it and eliminate anything negative that will slow your progress.

All I would like you to do now is choose you may actively join in mental training on a consistent basis.
