When you want to make a great change to your life without adding a lot of sweaty exercise, one thing you can consider is the use of an inversion table. These can be great because they allow you to improve your health without moving a muscle, so to speak. You will see that as long as you ask your doctor before you use one, you are going to be in fabulous shape to add this to your regimen, if you even have one.

If you do not want to run laps at the smelly gym or run outside near the annoying cars and other joggers, you may realize that an inversion table is the best way to go. It allows you to do a variety of things, from just hanging upside down to actually doing sit-ups from the inverted position. If you have any interest in this type of thing, these may be great for you.

If you are overweight, an inversion table may not help you reduce cellulite as much as it will for someone who is more in shape.
