Our hair is often not a top priority. When we start noticing the thinning or disappearance of our hair is when most people begin to worry about it. This is when we kick our hair and scalp care into high gear to avoid further loss. Sometimes your condition is easily treatable with a good hair care regimen. Four times a month try using a facial scrub on your scalp to exfoliate it and prevent further clogging. Most facial scrubs are simple enough to be safely used on the scalp areas too. Prevent clogged pores and gunked hair with this simple procedure.

Your blow dryer is really not your best friend it can cause your scalp to suffer. You can help prevent hair loss and clogged pores by avoiding this at all costs. Most air dryers have a low or cool setting which can minimize the effects of a dryer on your scalp.

Try to get your hair trimmed and cut on a regular basis. Don't let anyone tell you that it's not a big deal even though many believe hair is already dead. Long hair adds wieght to follicles and scalp that can aide in hair loss. Maintaining short hair with regular cuts and trims will decrease the amount of weight on your scalp. Maintaining the health and shape of your hair can be done with simple trips to the professional hair care salon. Seeing a stylist regularly can help you catch thinning and loss earlier rather than later.

Men's hair loss is something that lots of men worry about. How often do you check out your hairline and wonder if it is farther back on your head than it was yesterday or last week? Proper hair care is not a cure all for hair loss it will reduce the effects and perhaps even slow it down some. Your hair is like any other part of your body: you need to take care of it to make sure it stays healthy!
