2. Reducing of weight intentionally

UNINTENTIONALLY- this is the case wherein your body mass will still be reduced even with no exertion of force done. This kind is unintended which can also be said that the individual was not trying to reduce their weight by limiting their intake of food, doing physical workouts or doing any other things that can cause weight loss. Losing of weight unintentionally can be caused due to the listed reasons below.

1. Due to Starving- starving is generally a situation wherein you will be suffering from great lack of food which can involuntarily avoid the body from the necessary vitamins for a longer period of time. When you are in a state of starvation, your weight will surely be reduced.

2. Extreme Sickness- if you're currently having any extreme sicknesses such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus or AIDS, cancer of the colon, tumors, high blood sugar, overactive tissue within the thyroid gland known as hyperthyroidism, when your thyroid doesn't produce enough hormones known as hypothyroidism, PUD or peptic ulcer disease and a lot more can cause your weight to be reduced. Some diseases such as the type one diabetes, if it is improperly manipulated, it may cause your weight to be reduced.

3. Disorders of the Gastrointestinal- Autoimmune disorder of the small intestine (celiac), inflammation of the lining of the stomach (gastritis), inflammation of the bowels, liquid bowel movements and PUD (peptic ulcer disease) are kinds of this disorders and are very usual reasons for reduced weight.

4. Severe Exhaustion- severe physical works of the body may result to using up all the reserved fats for the energy needed.

INTENTIONALLY- this can be also called as voluntary reducing of body mass, this occurs when an individual wants to reduce their weight for them to have a nice body or get rid of undesirable fats or due to other purposes. To have a slender and lean body are desired by everybody that's why reducing weight through this process is not new. Intentionally reducing of weight includes the following ways.

1. Proper Diet- this procedure to reduce weight is the process of taking foods that are known to burn and dissolve excessive fats. A diet such as this includes foods which have fats that are good for the health such as omega 3 fatty acids or foods which are not high in calories and examples of this are salmons, beans, nuts and a lot more.

2. Physical Exercises or Workouts- this includes doing physical activities that can reduce your weight, there are other workouts that may make you reduce your body mass quickly such as doing a crunch, taking a swim, sit-ups, jogging, using a tread mill and a lot more are considered as weight loss activities.

The decreasing of the overall body weight of an individual whether due to the cause of dehydration (losing of liquid), losing of fats, or some of the connecting tissues and a lot more is generally called as weight loss. This can occur due to the outcome of having health disorders or sickness which is known to be unplanned and this may also occur due to the individual's desire and plan to lose weight. The weight of an individual can be reduced due to many different causes and these causes are being classified within the two kinds of weight loss known as :
