Kettle bells are unique because you are able to get a total body workout that melts more fat than any other form of exercise using only one piece of equipment; flexibility, strength, agility, balance, endurance, core and cardio fitness levels are all achieved during kettlebell workouts.

What Will Kettlebell Workouts do for me? KB workouts are a balanced fitness session as they work your body in a larger range of motion than simple weight lifting does. Working out with a kettle bell maneuvers the body in many ranges of natural motion, the type of movement used in everyday activities.

When you do kB exercises your core muscles are pushed to perform better as they need to work repeatedly for longer periods. Due to this your body attains better muscular endurance which is necessary for good posture during workouts. There are several injuries, pains, aches, that are saved due to better posture while training. Also due to the amount of resistance that your body has to endure during a workout your body gets stronger muscles. Plus while doing kettle bell exercises your body goes through weight bearing and this helps you in strengthening your bones. There are several diseases like arthritis and osteoporosis, that are prevented by doing weight bearing exercises.

Training like this involves you holding the Kettle bell with your hands and doing a full range of exercises most of which are unique to this form of exercise. A combination of different swings, presses, squats, twists and pulling motions are all part of good kettlebell workouts. Many of the individual moves use all the major and minor muscle groups to complete just one single repetition. Some exercises need power from both your hips & legs to lift the weight thus giving your whole body an integrated movement which is unavailable in other forms of exercise, this increases your cardio output and helps shed fat and calories quicker.

There is research being conducted into these workouts that suggests they are beneficial to those who are suffering from upper body related pain complaints arising from overuse, tension, and extended periods of being in the same position whilst working.

So in conclusion due to the variety of exercises in the kettlebell workout schedules, the fast result it gives and the endurance of those results for long period of times, these exercises are becoming popular for workout enthusiasts these days.
