Is your bladder exceedingly active? Do you find yourself frequently getting up for excursions to the toilet? Have you experimented with everything you can think of to stop those frequent trips into the restroom at work? Most individuals are convinced it is the intake of fluid that impacts the amount of relief our bladders need during the day. This is usually why many people nearly dehydrate themselves in an effort to keep from having to visit the bathroom too often.

Would you believe us if we told you that it is just as likely that the things you eat could also be causing you to make these frequent potty breaks? The truth of the matter is that those "pee breaks" are just a way to rid your body of waste. That waste material is accumulated from both solid and liquid sources. The waste you get rid of might be from items that are equally liquid and solid--it doesn't matter what type it is in when you eat or drink it.

Vitamin C is incredibly necessary for fighting off an infection but it can also be a major factor in irritating your bladder. This is mostly due to the fact that plenty of citrus fruits are made up of acid and that is why they need to be avoided both as solids and as juices. The key sources of this acid tend to be pineapples (which isn't technically a citrus fruit but is every bit as irritating to your system), lemons, tangerines, grapefruits and oranges. Instead, remain faithful to fruits like bananas, pears, apples and also berries for your Vitamin C ingestion.

Try to not cry over this too much but when you have an overactive bladder, you ought to avoid eating too much chocolate. Caffeine is in chocolate. Your bladder doesn't enjoy it when you take in caffeine and will reward you for this ingestion with lots of trips to the bathroom. Caffeinated beverages include the same irritants as food with caffeine. If you have been making a lot of trips to the toilet you'll want to stay away from all forms of caffeine. Choose dark chocolate as well as decaffeinated liquids instead.

Particularly spicy food items, similar to caffeine, might be very irritating to the bladder. This will be tough for people who are enthusiasts of spicy foods but if you want to stay out of the bathroom you need to avoid foods that contain high levels of spiciness like wasabi sauce, super spicy nachos, etc. If eating the food causes your eyes and nose to get runny, it will eventually make other parts of your body runny. The fix is simple; select identical foods but just not as spicy so that you still get the taste without all of the bodily irritation.

We normally believe that if the waste has come out of your body as a fluid then it must have gone into your body as a liquid. This is not 100% correct. The waste product that comes out of our bodies is merely the leftover parts of what we have consumed that cannot be used or stored so it is excreted in whatever manner is the most convenient.
