Sweating is a critical function of the body to keep it cool and remove bad toxins. This past is ruled by the Sympathetic nervous system. To release sweat is a physiological mechanism of the human body. It becomes a disorder when it happens constantly and excessively in the absence of heat or exertion. It leads to Hyperhidrosis, a medical condition, triggered by imbalances in the hormones and the nervous system. Common affected body parts are the feet, hands, groins and armpits. The profuse sweating may be dominant at age of teenage years to adulthood.

Sweating heavily can lead to drastic change to every people's lives. Interacting with others like friends, colleagues and even families can be hard whenever the extreme sweating happens. Also, the physical appearance of the person may be affected as damp marks of sweat appear on clothes. Thus, it will lead to social isolation, low self - esteem and emotional disturbance. Considering all these things, many people try to find excessive sweating cures to end the embarrassment suffered from having sweating disorder.

Maintaining proper hygiene is not just prevention for illness and diseases; but it is also important in normal functions of the body. Besides keeping a good appearance, it helps control sweating plus body odor. A shower twice daily keeps the body refreshed and fights bacteria build - up. Antiperspirants are good defense against heavy sweating; it is aluminum based product which clogs pores controlling sweat and odor.

Avoid spicy foods like garlic, fish, and caffeinated beverages. The sweating will just be worsened by these. Keep the body from excess and dirty toxins too by eating the right amount of healthy foods. Drinking enough water and cold juices from fruits is a good to replenish the system and regulate heat. Also, when the body has enough fluids, the temperature will be kept normal; thus, no sweating.

Choosing comfortable and clean clothes are also part of excessive sweating cures. A good fabric is cotton which gives the body enough air. Tight- fitting clothes should not be worn because these trap heat into the body; causing heavy sweats.

Relaxing trough meditation, yoga and exercise is needed to keep a stress free life. Sweating is sometimes triggered by the emotional stimulants sent to the brain. It is a response and a sign when the body becomes too exhausted. So, keep cool and be free of worries.

There are also oral medications to control sweating, but the unpleasant side effects may occur again and that should be used only for extreme cases. These pieces of dried body fluids, and tend to come with undesirable side effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness and cardiovascular problems.
