By Summer D. Felonia

A very common health problem which afflicts a lot of people is that of panic attacks. This may be something people experienced since before recorded history, but it has come out into the open and there are a lot of people who cannot handle it.

There are lots of treatments available. Medical professionals are more than willing to treat patients who suffer from attacks and anxiety attacks. However, those who do have attacks are embarrassed about their condition, deny they have it and don't want to go to a professional for help.

A panic attack does not need to happen again but they do. Attacks can and do happen at any time. Because it is rooted in fear, as long as the trigger is there, then the chances of another panic attack is also there. It's quite surprising that there is a fear of a panic attack happening that it bounces off and makes the original fear and trigger an even larger event. There is nothing unusual about the symptoms of a panic attack. There's the excessive shaking, babbling, incoherence, excessive sweating, sometimes a there's also a total shutdown of the person's systems. What's surprising it the intensity of the response to the stimuli which may or may not exist.

In some cases the attack feels like waves of attacks with an increasing intensity up till the event they fear does occur. It is important to remember that for those who suffer from attacks, these can be embarrassing situations when they do occur.

The condition stems from an irrational fear of something which triggers an abnormal response in the person. The triggers and responses are unique for each individual but the standard and accepted treatment has been one encapsulated into something called the Panic Puzzle. This treatment is not one of a kind, it is not new, nor is it hard to do.

The scientific basis of the Panic Puzzle is mainly to teach the person how to respond to fear, specifically the triggering irrational fear. With an understanding of the underlying conditions which trigger the attack, and with the help of a mix of mental conditioning and self-hypnosis, panic puzzle's mind conditioning program helps to overcome the onset of an attack. The treatment is relatively easy to follow and relies heavily on the person's self-discipline and determination in order to cure himself.
